Probity is a Hyderabad-based property management company built specifically for NRIs and absentee property owners. We manage 200+ properties across Hyderabad for owners in 15+ countries — from flats in Kondapur to plots in Kompally, from villas in Banjara Hills to commercial spaces in HITEC City. Our name reflects our core value: probity — integrity and honesty in everything we do.

Why We Started

Probity was founded after our founders experienced firsthand the frustration of managing Hyderabad property from abroad. The options were grim: expensive and unreliable local brokers, well-meaning but overwhelmed family members, or large platforms where your property was just one of thousands in a shared agent's portfolio. None offered what NRIs actually needed — a dedicated, trustworthy partner who treats your property like their own.
